Normal tickets are priced at S$9.00. However, members of the Singapore Film Society enjoy a S$1.50 discount upon presentation of a valid membership card in person. This offer is limited to one discounted ticket per member per session.
Frame x Frame is a new film series initiated by The Arts House to showcase and explore the different dimensions of Singapore cinema. The quarterly programme will feature first-run screening of upcoming films as well as retrospectives of noted filmmakers. The first series will spotlight Wee Li Lin, one of Singapore’s notable film makers with two of her first features Forever and Gone Shopping. November will feature Yong Mun Chee’s Where The Road Meets The Sun which has never had a theatrical release in Singapore and December features art-film-esque I Have Loved.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to catch these Singaporean films and support our local filmmakers. The first series will spotlight Li Lin’s Forever and Gone Shopping and will run from 25 – 27 Oct.
